A unique hands on fermentation workshop starting with harvesting produce from the garden and farm then making jars of ferments to take home.
Finish the class with delicious plate of tastings and local Hay flat wine.
2 hour class with 1 hour for harvesting and tastings.
Class includes, recipes, take home ferments and professional instruction by a leading fermentation expert.
