The Menu:
Entrée - Hot smoked salmon, seared scallops on a potato and zucchini roesti, charred asparagus lemon butter sauce
Main - Slow roasted prime sirloin with roast Jerusalem artichoke and cauliflower purée, baby vegetables greens and red wine jus
Dessert -Sticky date pudding with rich butterscotch sauce double cream and vanilla bean ice cream

Vegetarian Menu:

Entrée - Haloumi cheese on a potato and zucchini roesti, charred asparagus lemon butter sauce

Main - Vegetarian pumpkin gnocchi with roasted red capsicum, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach and a sage and brown butter sauce

Dessert - Sticky date pudding with rich butterscotch sauce double cream and vanilla bean ice cream
