Wild Fermentation - An intimate hands on fermentation workshop focusing on the local area.
A unique experience highlighting the seasonal produce of the Fleurieu through which each participant will be taken step by step through a variety of wild fermentation recipes and methods by fermentationist Jane from Wholefood Family.
Price includes recipe booklet, tastings and all ferments made on the day to take home.
